2, 4, 6 inches can make all the difference....

Soooo I finally got to the alterations pile... and silly me didn't think to take before pictures of these items on me... would have been much more exciting that way for you all, since you did not see the start product... my apologizes... The first one a white skirt with green pinstripes down it... it was past the knees, and awkward as all get out, but for 2.50 I took the risk, and I think it turned out pretty good, what do you think?

I styled it up to show you guys, then went to go out to run some errands (and maybe shop a little bit more, but I was "fairly good") and decided it wasn't really skirt weather, so I switched over to my new love at the moment...

Rocking a little bit of the 70's I felt with the elephant wide legs... and I enjoy the fact that I don't have black, or white on, I only realized it after putting this outfit together, but I tend to stay with a black or white in a lot of outfits... we will work on this.

I bought these pants for $2 at the consignment shop, they where on the 1-3 dollar rack(pretty much ready to be donated to another thrift shop), and they fit me amazingly in the waist/butt/hip area... they where only like 8 inches too long.. they are wide legs so I wasn't sure how they would turn out, but OMG... I feel so 'hot' in them, they just are amazing now...

Got to love those pants that just make you feel amazing... weird how some can and some just don't do it...

Tons more outfits to show off and the tulle order should be at my door when I get home today... think maybe I need to lay off the adventures... naaahhh

And next weekend, the hair is going to get trimmed up, it is over due, but I always seem to wait too long.. ehh, it'll feel good to have it done.

    Love them both! Esp. the pants... but I'm loving the skirt too! ;) Maybe my Tulle order will be in today too... And just curious- why were you up so stinking early? Gosh, girl, you make me feel super lazy.

    and my tulle order came in yesterday, 2 - home runs, 1 - 3rd base, 1 - strike out, pretty good I think. And I am on probation, no more skirts for awhile, adding 4 this week, plus other things, is a little out of control, but all so perfect for work, but fun and funky... still, on probation (I think total I spent 18 total for the 4, but still)
