Well I held off as long as I could going to the thrift store this week... and stopped by after work... and what did I find (minus a dress, dress shirt and a sweet belt) ... a shoe rack for $2... a nice metal sturdy one.... that extends, and holds.... well look....
While taking this picture, I realized that my closet isn't to shabby in the organization category... although there is a side pocket that you dont see, and there is random crap all stacked up there. I can not decided, however, if this is a good thing, as prior to shoe rack... all those shoes still fit in that area... thus buy more pairs ment the thought of getting rid of a pair... now I just have more room for more shoes.... is this really a solution, or fuel to the fire, haha, stay tuned, although I am sure you know the long term answer most likely.
Tour de' closet, shoes obviously along the floor, with the nice fairly expensive red heals and a pair of boots in the boxes. To the right side you will see a set of shelves that holds jeans, bottom shelf the "heal only jeans" and then the everyday jeans above that, next shelf, summer short skirts, shorts, and the rest of my jeans that don't fit below and I wear often. Top shelf white and black t-shirts, long and short, etc.
Hung up you have on the far right is real fancy dresses, coats/jackets. Then in the middle-ish you can see my "belt hanger" which needs assistance/another solution, but for how they all hang on a hanger in the middle. Then you have slack, skirts, tops from casual to dressy to work, then dresses, sweaters, and then a few long sleeve dress shirts and some purses/bags on a hook you can't see...
Up on the shelf, on the right top corner are all sweatshirts, then my wine rack... yes, one day when I have my own kitchen, there will be a wine rack, til then, most likely, my closet shelf with double as my wine rack. Then random stuff including the to hem/alter pile combined with gifts for family members (I start early, ALL of their birthdays are with in a week span).
How do you navigate your closet? Am I just OCD/ADD about mine... (I have toned down on the color order of my closet, I am making progress)
