So I am really going to try hard to post more often, I've loaded this app to post mobilely (?) too long ago. Now to use it. 

I made the best new recipe tonight! Southwestern egg rolls. Really a supper easy recipe as everything goes in one bowl, mixed up and then rolled up in egg roll wrappers( way easier to roll that spring rolls btw) I did make guacamole for the hubby and salsa for me, the do need something to dip in/side with. Recipe also suggested sour cream, but I liked them just with salsa. 

Fond the recipe on Pinterest, so ill have to see if there is a way to link it here. Otherwise just look for it, they bake too, so they are relatively healthy - hubby requested meat in them next time, which I can only imagine would add to the deliciousness. 

In other news, got my bridesmaids dress and necklace all sorted out, and so happy about the returning of the first dress and then getting this one, it screams me with the lace and is oh so comfy. Can't way for the trip to Oregon, I do miss it, and Kristen, and some ocean rolls ;)

Ps - coffee at 3:30-4 brewer double strong over ice was a bad idea, even if I only had a few sips... I'm wired!
