awhile

I know its been awhile, actually, it really hasn't been forever, but I was on a roll there posting every other day or ever day for awhile. Then I hit thought central. Thats right...Thought Central. 

I again am trying to figure out what path life has planned for me, which way to aim for in the next year, and which one is the right now for me. I am thinking traveling til I find a place that pulls me in... but that won't be possible til next May... May is the freedom gate... new phone, car paid off, CC done, finances in check, I turn 25... will happen to have a quarter life crisis or something, and for the life of me... I am going somewhere, this continent, another continent... I am not sure yet.. but I am going somewhere... thats for sure

For the time being I am down south in Murrieta visiting family, dad is back for his "vacation trip" from his tour in Afghanistan and its birthday central around here, so I am back down south for the week... and I melting,

actually, I am not melting, b/c of air conditioning... but its 10:30 am and its already almost 90 outside.... it was 110 on the way back from the airport... I want to run, its not cold out, its not foggy, dreary, all of the above, but this heath... this is totally un-functional to run in... I don't know how we did it in high school.

The upside however is that I am wearing shorts finally for the summer season... and trying to leave my hair down and be in the sun to lighten it up... and drinking lots and lots of water.

As much as I dislike this place, it is home, and comforting to visit. And as much as I bitch about the weather in Arcata,  I should probably shut up and enjoy my triple digit temp's for the week I am here, then it'll be back to sweaters and pants...
